Next Omicron?

I have enough Omicron material to add one to one of my characters. My question is who I should add it to, as I am debating on whether to go GAC omi or TW omi.

If I go GAC I think Merrin is really the only logical pick.

If I go TW, I can choose between Poggle, Phasma, and MJ, which I think Phasma is probably the best pick as I have her Relic’d and the rest aren’t.

I am currently gearing up in pursuit of Executor so I do not have the gear to add towards any other teams at the moment.
