Coming back from a long break

So I took a long break from the game. I looked at my old account and had no idea what I was looking at any more, it is a HDB dolphin/whale acct. So I decided to start over as F2P fresh account to basically learn how to play again and I’m struggling, I’ve literally forgotten everything after so long away so I have some questions. As of right now I’m like level 39 so I don’t even have access to the cells to grind even the beginning teams for farm let alone even start fleet. So I’m asking for advice on what the best course of action is moving forward. Like is there a team I can work for this early to carry me to 85 and help me start grinding for the actual teams I’ll need for GL and Executor? Any other advice to would be welcome as well.
