Hey cina bois, have u ever dated a sumandak?

Me as a cina boi is going out on a date with a sumandak. I can speak decent Malay but i wonder how can someone like me who grew up in a chinese speaking society dates a sumandak? And are there any culture shock or language barrier? How do cina bois express themselves in Malay?
