Police complaint?

My friend travelled to paris recently. At the hotel bar he asked the female bartender if he could buy her a drink and she said shes married through google translate. But he later clarified it that he was married too and was just being friendly since he was having a casual conversation with her n being courteous offered her to have drink. He wanted to know if she informed the police of it or something after her left the country. In that case what would happen? Would he be denied a visa in the future?
