Help with flywheel

Hi, can you get dual mass flywheels from anywhere other than directly brand new from VW for a 1.4 tsi 122bhp 11plate ? Having nothing but trouble with mine and my current garage that has my car is saying that I will have to ONLY get a brand new one from VW😟 I’ve found a few flywheels on some car parts site but I have no idea if they are the right ones!

They also told me I needed to get a whole new gearbox (the gearbox has apparently failed) So a new one from VW was over £4K🫥 so I found a second hand one for £650 because the one I needed apparently was super specific code LHY and are annoyingly rare and pricey. Cba with this car anymore! Nothing but issues.
