Ketoconazole Shampoo 2% only aggravates my sebderm flaking. Anyone else experience this?

Been dealing with sebderm for six months. Hydrocortisone and Ketoconazole cream both work ok but the shampoo not so much. When I use red ketoconazole shampoo from pedagis brand it just makes more white flakes on my eyebrows. Just started trying MCT oil as well and seems promising. Maybe just the brand. What works for you all?
