i am getting treated unfairly.

hi! i’ve worked at s@k for a little over a year. i am a part time worker. recently, our hours were just cut as we have too many employees, and this is because the managers have recently hired a 16 year old girl who is also a part timer (and someone else, but irrelevant in this story) and correct me if i’m wrong, but i’m 99% sure you have to be 18 to work at sephora. on top of that, she is making more than me. maybe i’m exaggerating, but i’ve done research and the average sephora employee in massachusetts makes $16.50. i make less than that, she makes a bit more. should i bring this up to my managers? and if so, how should i word it? if i’m just being an asshole for even thinking about this, please don’t hesitate to call me out either. thank you!

UPDATE: talked to manager, and pay raises are coming next month so she just told me to wait. they probably aren’t raising much but if i get matched to at least $16.50 i think ill be satisfied.
