How do i rank up?

I can't express how much i hate this game. Before ranked 2.0, i was almost always platinum. The highest i have ever been was diamond 3, but now I'm ranked 2.0. im a hardstuck bronze. I keep getting ex diamond enemies, but my teammates are actual coppers. Why is this happening? I used to solo que before ranked 2.0, and i used to get bad teammates and stuff, but with ranked 2.0, i just keep getting bad teammates. In old ranked at least when u climbed my teammates became better in ranked 2.0 the highest ranked teammate i had was copper 1 while im silver 5. I just can't understand the idea of ranked 2.0. They made this new ranked system to help the hardstuck gold people, but they just made everything worse.
