reshade question

hi, i recently installed reshade for the sims 3 & everything is working fine. however, i installed a reshade PRESET that i don’t like & dont want it in my game. i removed the ini file from my bin but it’s still there.

how do i completely remove the reshade PRESET not the entire reshade application?
