fps

why is my game dropping to low 40s & sometimes even 20s for fps? i have done all the fixes (installed smooth patch, matched my graphics card, made my game use more cpu, set my fps limit to 60, deleted featured items etc.) the only time my fps is on 60 is when the game is paused & the highest fps i’ve received whilst unpaused is 58 but that was a couple days ago before it started dropping.

i have i9 & rtx 4070
