Mods not popping up):

So I recently bought a new pc and redownloaded sims 3 and when I loaded in shaders it worked perfectly fine however when trying to load in mods it doesn’t seem to work? I’m confused as to what the issue could possibly be I did all the correct steps and even tried from the beginning and deleting cache but to no avail. Please help!!
