[acne] Airpocket

So around 2 years ago I had a pimple on my nose, I was impatient and tried to pop it but it ended up just scarring. I’ve now had this scar for 2 years and have had 3 dermatologist visits about this pimple but nothing has helped. The first thing my dermatologist tried was an injection but after feeling the skin she said it was just an air pocket and that it probably wouldn’t help. She then put me on Accutane and after that didn’t work she prescribed me Aklief. Nothing had worked so far and I’m getting desperate. Any advice ?
