bug that restart my game?

I just finished aviary village quest recently and everything seemed fine until a logged back in. The game now starts at the very beginning when you make a new account, but I still have my sky kid thankfully. I can't access any portals or the cafe tho and every time I log in, I have to sit through the start cutscene again. This is really inconvenient but I'm also scared that it might actually restart my account one day. Not sure what I should do next or if there's a fix.
