Match details on shirts

I am planning to order at jeofc7 and want to add match details to shirts to add memories. Has anyone got experience of adding match details to a shirt when ordering? (example picture). Which sites offer this kind of customization during the ordering process? Same thing goes for older patches that are not shown on product pages
