Banned for literally nothing?? Spark’s blocking people left and right!

I just got hit with a 16-week inactivity ban… WHILE I WAS WORKING. No warning, no appeal, just poof, gone!! What the heck?!

Is this happening to anyone else? has anyone actually gotten unbanned, or do they just throw us away like yesterday’s Walmart rotisserie chicken?
