Why does Raditz not have double Sunday?!

His ki blast super and ultimate are just some sort of ki blast or something, not his signature technique! How did Bandai Namco fumble this bad? Like sure the ball is cool, but why not make double Sunday is ultimate or a super? Just seems like the oversight of the century to me.
