ControlNet in Forge doesn't work

I can't make CN in Forge to work, outpainting results are either black or stretched pixels.

Tried to disable all browser extensions, change browser, sdxl models and sd1.5 models, different settings from different tutorials - nothing.

Is it me or forge cn is broken? Because I'm not the only person who have such issue.
