Platform to upskill Indian VCs

Hey guys, I have been thinking about a platform to educate Indian VCs, focussed on tech and AI. The intention is to skill them up to US standards, which creates a flywheel to have a thriving tech ecosystem in India. The problem is well-validated and documented in public forums. I am looking to talk to entrepreneurs building for future to understand more about the gaps in VCs vision and understanding.

Honestly, I really appreciate that they are funding some ventures and helping the startup ecosystem as a whole to grow. Now it is paramount for us as a nation to focus on future.

How to get paid for this is yet to be figured out, funding (from India) is obviously ruled out. Seeking inputs from this community on this project and how to fund it.
