2009 Subaru outback sputtering

I have a 2009 Subaru outback with 106k miles on it and whenever it's idling it sputters like the engine is gonna turn off and the whole vehicle shakes. Anyone know what the problem could be? I'm the 2nd owner. Owned for 3 years now. Put about 50k miles on it since I got it.
