Every person who appeared excuting people on video needs to be prosecuted or the new government will forever be doomed to fail

This is supposed to be a government not a militia, guilty or not a person can't be excuted on the streets. Even if as some people are saying " هدول فلول" they should be brought in for fair trials and fair punishments. If they stand trial and are sentenced to death then they will be excuted. If the government won't make it clear that behavior like this is not allowed by publicly prosecuting anyone who appeared in these videos then this government will fail and we should be ready for new period of war all over again
