is this TE or AGA? I’m lost

well i went to a dermo and the lady didn’t try to take an understanding of my situation and just told me it was MPB. i know i have terrible genetics as my dad is bold as well as other family members, HOWEVER this thinning has happened over the course of a year or so. the first picture is from around a year ago and the second is a few weeks ago. i started noticing an immense amount of hair fall a few months after a nasty breakup around the new year. i’m just unsure of what to do, lost a lot of hair in what seems like a very short amount of time.
