Looking to sell my house

Looking to sell my 2 storey house in ratchaburi province and relocate back to the US. The house is situated on 4 rai of land approximately 1.5 acres with concrete fence and retaining wall on 4 sides. House was recently built at the end of 2023. I have an engineering background so I supervised the construction myself.

Pretty much have zero neighbors but close to daily night market and 7 eleven.

Really is my dream home but things change as I am in the process of relocating my family back to the US.
