What do we actually know about Chelsea?

Chelsea presents herself as bubbly and sweet so she's perceived as open and honest. Rick presents himself as rude and grumpy so he's perceived as closed off and deceitful. However, we know a lot more about Rick than we do Chelsea.

Chelsea is always pressuring Rick to be more open and talk, but she's not exactly forthcoming with her own life and experiences. So far we know that she was a yoga instructor, is an Aries, and that she went through some things when she was younger. Otherwise that's pretty much all she's shared with anyone on screen.

I genuinely don't doubt that she loves Rick, but part of me wonders if it's less because of an "I can fix him" attitude and more because they have more in common than we realize.
