What are some personal hurdles you think Ekko will have to overcome in his relationship with Jinx?

I know we all love Jinx's Boy Savior and believe that he is 100% the best person for Jinx to be with because he'll help her and accept her through thick and thin. But are there any personal hurdles you think Ekko will struggle with, for example, him trusting Jinx to be by herself especially after watching her blow herself up? Or dealing with his own personal PTSD?
