Are Mycotoxin Tests for Mold Exposure Reliable?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been dealing with health issues that I believe are caused by long-term exposure to mold. I’ve been searching for answers online and was wondering if there are any reliable mycotoxin tests available in my area to confirm mold exposure.

Someone told me those tests aren’t meaningful and shared these two links as sources:

I read through both, and honestly, they make a good point, especially since one is a .gov site, which adds some credibility. But I’m still not sure what to think.

Has anyone here gone through something similar or have experience with these tests? Do they hold any value, or should I be looking at other options to address my mold-related health concerns?
