Furnished finder

Hello everyone! I am physician from pakistan and have one month clinical rotation scheduled at Mayo Clinic Fairmont, Minnesota. I found an affordable accommodation at furnished finder for $700 but landlord is asking for $700 refundable deposit through zelle or paypal..How do I know he is legit or not?
