White women benefit the most from DEI

Corporations use black people to make their company seem more society friendly by marketing their DEI policies with them in it but in reality white women are the main beneficiaries. White women are getting the promotions, acceptances, and grants. Who is used in a DEI ad vs who is actually getting the benefit behind closed doors is big difference. The end of DEI may actually benefit black people and especially black men since they are considered "privileged" for being a male yet they are the only socioeconomic group that makes less than their women counterparts.
