Prolactin is way off the normal range

I had a routine blood work done last weekend and my reports were all in range except prolactin levels - 91 ng/ml. For context it needs to be below 25 given that I'm a non pregnant 25yo. So I rechecked it with another lab the next day and it was 12.35?? Like I was glad it was in range but then thought how can there be such a vast variation? I've consulted my gynaec and she's told me to get another one in a week or so.

I'm worried because I've zero symptoms and also checked with the first lab, asked them to redo it and they confirmed that it is in fact 91.

Has anyone faced something similar?
