Scooters/Bikes on the Sidewalk 👹

I fear I will go batshit crazy if I see anyone drive their scooters or bikes on the sidewalk again. I feel like it should be legal to poke a stick in their tyres if you see them buzzing past you on the sidewalk. And they NEVER EVER say “incoming” or have a bell on them either. It’s like they WANT to hit somebody and play the victim (it’s giving a certain not-country).

Anyway, to summarize, you should need to physically pay a fine if you drive your bikes or the fuckass veo scooters or any electric scooters on the sidewalk. I am SICK and TIRED and I WILL use my leg the next time to trip anyone who does it. Thanks.
