What should I drink!?

Hi all,

I’ve lurked here for a while and am in awe of members progress stories. I took the plunge by starting the 2.5mg dose on Sunday.

I’ve adjusted my eating, but on the hydrating side, I really can’t stand water. Strangely, I liked carbonated water but have read carbonated drinks have the tendency to cause abdominal discomfort.

I’ve also ready artificially sweetened drinks and juices can stimulate insulin release (whether this is true or not, I don’t know.)

So… the question is… for those of you who don’t really like water, what do you drink!?
