Scholarship questions

Hi there! I am showing a UNLV signature scholarship and also tuition +. I am getting conflicting answers from financial aid on how they work. One said that it pays for whatever is left over after student loans. Another said it covers tuition after other scholarships.

So which is it? I have enough student loans to cover both semesters. Will I not get the scholarships if that’s the case? Because they will automatically pay for my classes regardless (my student loans). I know scholarships don’t hit until after anyways. I’m so confused lol. If it’s the other way around how do I get my money back with scholarships with what student loans paid for? Thanks!
