How do I play with baiting teammates ?

First, this post is not just a rant, I really want to improve at this game and not every game is filled with baiters.

That being said, I am in g1 right now and I was a Sage main but I changed for Skye a couple weeks ago because I realised I wanted to play a bit more agressively while still playing a support role.

So, I was playing competitive (soloQ) and got matched with a 4 players premade. I say hello, no one saying anything back but at this point I'm used to it. I wait for everyone to announce their picks and I lock in Skye.

Basically, every round in attacker side looked the same : our duelists (reyna and phoenix) not pushing, lurking or watching the flanks and Killjoy staying hidden and not trading the only two players actually trying on the team, Omen and I.

I tried to scout with my wolf but it was kind of useless since they didn't pay attention to the minimap when I spotted ennemies and ended up dying to them, I called my flashes and told them to push right after until I got told to shut up because "I didn't have as many kills as them".

I muted everyone eventually, but the thing is, I tried to enter the site after phoenix but he just wouldn't. Even if I flashed. So I enter the site myself and get killed because my team is just sitting there, trying to get picks, losing time and getting killed when finally realising they have to plant the bomb because all the enemy team rotated from the other site.

We ended up losing 5-13 and I just want to go and learn how2reyna, but I don't want to be that guy that instalock duelist all the time.

Back to my question, how do I deal with this kind of players ?

Also, I would appreciate any tips from the Skye mains out there :)
