What are your favorite restricted mons that aren't seeing play?

Hey all! Like the question suggests, I'm interested in what restricted pokemon you really like that isn't really seeing any play right now.

I'm taking this as a teambuilding exercise for myself, looking at all the not so explored restricted pokemon, so if you would like to see my attempt at a team around your favorite pokemon let me know!
