What I think Bo means by "There you are".
Bo wants to see his brother Bray again. He misses him.
Bray lives in that deep down dark place in all of us.
For him to see his brother again he has to bring out the Bray in others.
When Gable lost his cool and went to that dark place, Bo said "There you are".
Was he talking to Bray? Did he see his brother in Gable when he went to his evil place?
Seems Bo is willing to sacrifice himself and go through a beating just to see "Bray" come out through others. Tortured soul. Would do anything to see his brother again.
That's what I'm getting from it.
