3 hex members not texting

So yesterday Arthur didn't send a text so I did his bounty and got him a gift and he still isn't sending a text I'm only close with him so is this a bug ? Also amir and aoi stopped texting i heard there's a big conversion with each member which is their final talk which i assume is what happened with amir and aoi but Arthur had just asked me why I was still there so is this a bug or intentional ?

I wanted to get them all to best friend without needing to reset at the new year but that is seeming like the only way
