[Question] three watches - keep two, sell one...

I have three beauties in my collection. Junghans Max Bill Chrono (domed saffire), Seiko SPB089 "blue alpinist", and Sinn 556 mother of pearl.

I'm planning to keep one as my daily driver (leaning towards the Sinn because it keeps better time and has good water resistance). I'd like to keep another for variety and "special events". Looking to play the long game and pass it down to my son eventually.

As for the third, I'd like to sell it. What would you choose?
