Initiation into the priesthood or self-initiation.

Guys, how are you? I have a doubt. I don't want to be disrespected in any way. But what do you think about self-initiation into the priesthood in Wicca? Do you think it's valid or not? And if the answer is no, do you think that Wicca, in many years to come, will have this issue of self-priesthood as a more common practice? Since, whether you like it or not, there are many places you can find and many people who are embracing this issue of self-initiation. And maybe in a few years people will start to become more open to this and not care so much about the issue of traditional initiation. What do you think? Sorry for any ignorance, okay?
