Look At Me changed my life.

I'm being so deadass rn. This shit was like a spiritual awakening for me, I remember when I heard it for the first time it's like my brain exploded. It was like giving poprocks to a Victorian child. I'd never heard something like this, this shit was TOUGH. I didn't even know music could sound like that. Look At Me is what really got me into X, before that I fucked with some of his songs but Look At Me was what got me HOOKED. Before I got into X, I barely even listened to rap. Scratch that, I barely even listened to MUSIC before I got into X. I probably listened to music for a couple minutes a week dawg, and I was listening to random alternative shit that I really don't know the genre to. After I heard Look At Me, I was like "Holy fuck this guy is tough, I need to hear more" and I just started digging. Gradually listening to all of his material, starting with his officially released projects like 17 and ?, then listening to his mixtapes like AGCC and Revenge, then his old SC material, then unreleased... Over the course of a couple months I explored this man's entire discography. Everything was so fucking amazing bro, and it opened me up to so many different things. It made me actually start giving a fuck about rap music, it made me enjoy hype shit, it made me a little bit more open minded. Now I fucking listen to $B cause my homie put me on, but before I listened to X's music I would've never given $B a chance. X's music got me listening to Kendrick Lamar and shit, artists I didn't pay much attention to before because I wasn't really interested in rap. X's music changed my life, and it all started with Look at me.
