Issue with Xiaomi AX3000 Mesh Network (Global and Chinese versions)

Hi everyone! I'm having trouble adding a third Xiaomi AX3000 router to my existing Mesh network and could use the community's help.

Setup:

I already have a Mesh network at home with two Xiaomi AX3000 routers (global version) connected via Ethernet, and everything works perfectly.

I recently purchased a third AX3000, but this one is the Chinese version.

Problem:

The new device (Chinese version) is connected via Ethernet to the main router, and both LEDs are solid white, indicating it's functioning properly.

However, the Mi Home app (where my Mesh network is managed) does not detect or display the new device for setup or inclusion in the Mesh network.

I've already tried rebooting the devices and resetting the Chinese AX3000, but it still doesn’t show up for configuration in the app.

Questions:

Could the difference between the global and Chinese versions be causing this issue?

Are there any additional configurations or settings I should try? Is there another app that might help?

Has anyone successfully integrated devices from different regions into the same Mesh network?
