Customer Service????

Hi guys. Is anyone having some trouble with emailing customer service? I wanted to recover a deleted account and I had an extremely delayed response to the point where I totally forgot I even sent the email! I sent it on January 12th and got a response today (1/29), anyone else have this problem?? The email sent by Reza was sent pretty casually such as no capitalization in the sentences. I gave them my email anyway and kind of worried I gave it to the wrong email since I were to assume it would be more professional. Anyway, hope I get a response back.
