Multiple questions about Lorebook

Hello there! I just started using lorebooks a couple of days ago and I'm still confused about some details in there. - How do you trigger the keywords ? - Do you need to open a new conversation each time you add things to the lorebook ? - Can you create an entry about the persona in the lorebook ? - How do you refer to persona's family members in the lorebook ? Using {{user}} or directly write the name ? - Let's say there are rules the Xoul and Persona must follow in that universe, under what category should I write them ?

I really need a guide about all of this and more! Because I found some posts about lorebook in here but they're not specific... Thanks
