Has the character build spreadsheet been abandoned?

I'm referring to this character spreadsheet someone gave it to me when I asked if this game had an alternative to Prydwen.

I already knew about the one for Genshin and Star Rail so I was pretty happy about it.

However after Yanagi build showed up Lighter never got added. I assumed however maintained the spreadsheet was busy and they would add everything when 1.4 since it was since a big patch with long awaited characters but now Astra is about to release and we have nothing new.

The spreadsheet doesn't have any kind of contact information so if anyone knows anything about it please tell me: Did the people maintaining the spreadsheet give up on it? is there a new one? any other alternative?
