Red pimples

I have had acne since i was 14. My pimples at that age, were pretty normal, a little red but nothing scary at all. But now where i am 16, all the pimples i get are so red. And thats not the only problem, i also have red marks from former pimples i have had, so those 2 things, very red pimples and red scars Or marks, have been killing my confidence lately. And it also happens to look terrible and even more visble in sunlight. Which is a bummer. Does anybody have any tips Or solutions to solve this problem.
