Please help !!!

I worked so hard the last year to clear my acne and had finally gotten to a good point. But I’ve gone away for the week and I’ve had this flare up I think it’s a reaction as I’ve got them in places I wouldn’t normally like on my eyes. What can I do to settle this ?!?
