please help my acne won’t stop

19f i feel like i’ve tried everything including benzyl peroxide, salicylic acid etc. long story short i don’t think it’s a skincare issue, more likely it’s lifestyle or health. does anyone have ANY advice at ALL? i’m seeing a doctor who has recommended antibiotics but idk if it’ll help.
