Anyone tried using Autobrush?

When I went back home to visit my family, I noticed my siblings had new toothbrushes, but they were weird. They looked like retainers with brushes. I'm bad at brushing my teeth (in general and it's also tedious) so I thought I might try it out.

I checked and it's approved by the ADA (American Dental Association. What do you guys think? Is it too much? It is super expensive, but ignoring that, is it silly? Would you guys try it?
