Please help me find an unrestricted image generator

Hello,PLEASE HELP!

This has been driving me to insanity since I got ChatGPT (I'm new to AI world) and image generation is the most fun thing for me yet ChatGPT constantly blocks me left and right no matter how hard I try..Can anyone please recommend an image generator that doesn't have any of these copyright / guidelines blocks so I could properly express myself how I want through the images? What do other people use that I see pictures of AI celebrities, gore, even sexual stuff, how do people get around the blocks?
