Update to: first review, one star. I'm devastated.

Thabks to everyone for the advice. After contacting support several times ive had very decisive responses saying they don't want to see any evidence and the one star review stands "as it reflects the guests experience" Seems absolutely absurd to me that they support a brand new account over a host with years of experience and great reviews, without even looking at it. Apparently the only thing that will get a review removed is doxxing.

Ill now take the advice and pheonix the listing. So I have some existing bookings, which i might contact to cancel and move to the new listing, but I'll essentially have two identical listing's on my page, though one is delisted. I won't be able to delete the listing until after all existing bookings have come through. Is this correct? Any advice about this process?

Ill be back to post the new listing for your advice too, you've all been so helpful.

Update: writing a new listing felt wrong, so ive decided, fuck it. I'll eat the one star and get on with it. If the one star review stops people like him then all the better. Im going to focus on getting non airbnb customers and eventually getting off them as a platform.
