Serious: Why is remote viewing so controversial in the alien/UFO community?
It seems that whenever Remote viewing comes up in conversation, whoever brought it up gets mocked and ridiculed for mentioning something so outlandish.
Which seems strange to me because I've always viewed this community as being more open minded than the general public. However, that doesn't mean everyone has to believe in RV. I just think those who do should be allowed to hold that opinion without being mocked.
Maybe this post can serve as an opportunity to have respectful and meaningful conversations for or against the legitimacy of remote viewing.
I've always found the multitude of CIA documents that revealed remote viewing programs to be compelling because they likely would not waste time, money, and resources on something if it didn't hold at least some legitimacy.
That being said, I acknowledge that plenty of grifters claim to be able to remote view when in actuality I think it's very rare and difficult to do.
Anyways, before I digress too much I'll leave it at that. Hoping to learn others perspectives on this topic and gain a better understanding for the various arguments that are out there.
