Truly HATE the job but love the MONEY.

I absolutely hate working at Amazon because the work-life balance is non-existent, and the constant stress is unbearable. The workload is relentless, with an ever-growing list of tasks, and we’re always short-staffed, which only makes everything worse. The long hours and toxic environment drain me, but what frustrates me most is how, just as I finish one project, a new one immediately takes its place—there’s no break. I’m also forced to work on my off days just to avoid being put on a performance plan, which only adds to the pressure. Despite all of this, I can’t leave because the money and stock options are too good to pass up. As an external hire with just two years of experience, the compensation is too valuable, but it’s a constant struggle to balance that financial incentive with the mental and emotional toll this job takes on me.
